Every July,we celebrate the nutrition month and our theme this month is"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan Lifestyle Disease Iwasan."
In Ilocos Sur National High School we celebrate these by having a contest like cookfest,mural painting,quizez,nutrijingle and other.
These theme want us to avoid many diseases.Now we should have a Good Lifestyle and a Good Health.
